1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "bdkq" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated under the brand name bdkq and accessible at https://bdkq.io.
• "Platform" means the bdkq website, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, game libraries, sportsbook, payment interfaces, and support systems.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any service provided by bdkq.
• "Account" means the personalised account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or enhanced odds offers credited to a Player's account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures bdkq is required to conduct in respect of Players and their transactions.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session timers, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

bdkq reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, bdkq will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

3 Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bdkq strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any stage, and accounts will be suspended pending verification if there is any doubt as to a Player's age.
• Residency: The Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed by yourself through the Platform's Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by bdkq.
• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account. Registration of multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances accrued through multiple-account activity.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money services on the Platform, you must register a Player account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• All registration fields must be completed accurately. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bdkq will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdkq support immediately at [email protected].
• bdkq may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or crediting bonus funds. Acceptable identification documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses associated with it.
• bdkq reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions.
• Deposits made via supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank may take up to 24 hours to clear.
• bdkq does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The deposit method must be registered in the same name as the bdkq account holder.
• bdkq does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by bdkq's compliance team.
• bdkq reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• bdkq reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bdkq offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account if requirements are not satisfied within the stated period.
• bdkq may limit the games or bet types that contribute to wagering requirements. Sports bets and live dealer games may contribute at a different rate than standard slots. Contribution rates will be stated in the individual promotion.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• bdkq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where bdkq suspects that a Player is exploiting a bonus offer or engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk wagers designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — bdkq may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the bdkq Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. bdkq does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• bdkq reserves the right to set maximum stake and maximum payout limits, which may vary by game, market, or Player account tier. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data feed failure that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game round, bdkq reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• For sports betting markets: if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the applicable result condition is met, bdkq will apply the void and return stakes policy in accordance with the rules of the specific sport and market as published on the Platform.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules govern outcomes in all cases, including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments.
• Obvious pricing errors in betting markets (palpable errors) may be voided by bdkq at its sole discretion. Winnings obtained through exploiting a palpable pricing error will not be honoured.
• bdkq game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming — operate under their own game rules which govern gameplay outcomes. In the event of a conflict between a studio's stated game rules and bdkq's general Terms, bdkq's Terms govern the commercial relationship; the studio's rules govern the game mechanic itself.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdkq Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may have all associated funds forfeited:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game where the actions of multiple Players affect the outcome.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform outside of normal manual gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origins of illegally obtained money. bdkq is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or employing low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine gameplay engagement.
• Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's systems, security mechanisms, or RNG software.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdkq Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of bdkq or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of bdkq.
• Game content, graphics, and audio provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used by bdkq under licence.
• The bdkq brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of bdkq. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11 Responsible Gaming

bdkq is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its platform. The following responsible gaming principles and tools apply to all Players:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for Players aged 21 and above. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be closed and all funds forfeited.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdkq's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bdkq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• bdkq does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. bdkq will not be liable for losses claimed to arise from Platform downtime.

• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bdkq's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bdkq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — bdkq will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the Platform's notification system or by email to the registered account address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdkq operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction beyond what is stated in these Terms.

• Escalation: If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 10 business days, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out in the Platform's support documentation.
• Records: bdkq's transaction logs, game records, and system data constitute the authoritative record of all Platform activity. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, bdkq's records will be taken as definitive unless demonstrably incorrect.
